Exemple：

1.Cette fille manque totalement de fantaisie.

That girl is totally lacking in originality.

這一女生徹底沒(méi)有原創(chuàng)性。

2.La vie de bureau laisse pas de place à la fantaisie.

There is little room for the unexpected in office life. (Office life is

monotonous / uneventful.)

辦公室里的一切都是墨守陳規(guī)的，不能容忍一點(diǎn)心血來(lái)潮, 閑來(lái)無(wú)事。

3.Cet enfant est très gaté. Sa mère lui passe toutes ses fantaisies

(pl).

That child is very spoilt. His mother gives in to his every whim.

那小孩真給寵壞了。哪些天馬行空的怪念頭他媽媽都同意他。

Exemple:

1.Elle porte un joli bijou fantaisie.

She was wearing novelty jewelry.

她佩戴著時(shí)尚的飾品。

2.Cette piscine est une fantaisie co?teuse.

That swimming pool is a wasteful extravagance.

建那樣的(奢華)游泳館，簡(jiǎn)直有錢(qián)了燒的呀。

“Fantaisie”還可以是褒義詞。文藝創(chuàng)作就必須擺脫基本，跳出來(lái)桎梏，異想天開(kāi)，率性而為，肖邦那首*的《升C小調(diào)幻想即興曲》就叫“Fantaisie

Impromptu”。朋友們都聽(tīng)過(guò)吧?

而現(xiàn)代英語(yǔ)的“fantasy”則主要是“主觀性想象，幻想”( fantasme，

imagination)，注重“虛無(wú)縹緲，不真正，無(wú)實(shí)際根據(jù)”，常含有貶義詞。

Exemple：

1.His mind is full of fantasies about becoming famous.

Il a des rêves de gloire.

他一天到晚幻想著成家立業(yè)。

2.Many people are reluctant to talk about their sexual fantasies.

Beaucoup de gens répugnent à parler de leurs fantasmes sexuels.

大家一般都不肯談起自身的性幻想。

3.That is pure fantasy. None of it really happened at all.

C’est de la pure imagination. Rien de tout cela n’est arrivé.

這都單純是幻想，沒(méi)真實(shí)產(chǎn)生過(guò)。

4.Some children have difficulty in distinguishing fantasy from reality.

Certains enfants ne font pas bien la différence entre l’imaginaire et le

réel.

有一些少年*分不清楚想象與實(shí)際。

5.We all perform brave deeds in fantasy from time to time.

Nous accomplissons tous de temps à autre des actes courageux en

imagination.

大家都是會(huì)有時(shí)候想象自身做出英雄人物的創(chuàng)舉。

法文的“fantaisie”主要是對(duì)性情，氣場(chǎng)的點(diǎn)評(píng)，而英文的“fantasy”則偏重于對(duì)客觀事實(shí)，對(duì)真?zhèn)蔚姆直?。想到一下美?guó)人有點(diǎn)兒不理智的“藝術(shù)大師氣場(chǎng)”，英國(guó)有點(diǎn)兒冷酷的“觀念形態(tài)”，是否有利于區(qū)別這一對(duì)“假朋友”呢?
